Minimum Cost Reduction ScenarioGiven that it is decided that CO2 emissions must be reduced by 300,000 tons, the minimum cost way of achieving this result is presented in Figure 5C. Under this scenario, most of the reduction in emissions is borne by Utility 3, the utility with the lowest cost of reducing emissions. |
